I. Social Media Campaigns

Platforms such as LinkedIn and TikTok are continuing to grow in their influence and ability to run effective ad campaigns, but you might not be convinced that they are targeting the right audience to help you meet your marketing goals. While LinkedIn is popular for the professional networking world, TikTok opens up a portal to younger generations like there has never been before.


II. LinkedIn

LinkedIn is currently used by over 750 million professionals. They offer a wide variety of ad campaigning options, including dynamic ads, text ads, sponsored messaging, and native ads that are introduced on the LinkedIn feed.


On LinkedIn, you can select targeting criteria to reach your desired audience. LinkedIn provides an analytics page so that you can see how your budget and targets are performing.


III. TikTok

TikTok for Business launched in 2020 and has since been an extremely effective marketing tool for businesses targeting any age group. While many people believe that TikTok is just for younger generators, this no longer holds true because of its appeal for people from 13 to 103. People below the age of 29 actually make up only 50% of current users.


As TikTok continues to grow, so does it its user base and average age groups. Right now, TikTok has over 1 billion users of all ages. TikTok is the platform with the 4th-highest number of active users, behind Facebook, Youtube, and Instagram.
